# Player Center

Player center is designed for players to interact all financial transactions rainging from deposits, withdrawal to bonuses.

## Deposit

The Terragon platform supports deposits for both fiats and cryptos, and it's up to Operators' wish to have deposit flows differently for their brands upon different concepts for cryptos and fiats.

These are the main concepts for deposits

### Native Currency Deposit

This concept offers players having multiple wallets, crypto deposits remain as its crypto currency, no conversion to any other currencies. This way players will have options to choose which crypto currency they wish to enjoy their gaming experiences in the site.

Fiat Deposit

Crypto Deposit

Both fiat and crypto deposits remains as its currency, i.e: if players deposit by EUR, it'll credit to their EUR balance, likewise to crypto currencies when players deposit by ETH it'll credit to their ETH balance.

In addition, Terragon also supports players to activate any available bonus to them beforehand so that when they successfully deposited the system will trigger the selected bonus automatically.

The available bonuses are based on players' deposit numbers, i.e:

* If a new player hasn't had any deposits, the system will ONLY show FTD bonuses.
* If a player already had a deposit, the system will show bonuses for 2nd deposit onwards.

### Conversion Currency Deposit

This concept provides players to use their favorite currency (base currency) but can use various payment options provided to deposit i.e: btc, eth, usdt, etc...

All non-base currency deposits will automatically convert with the latest currency exchange and credit to the players' wallet of base currency.

## Withdrawal

Similar to deposit flows, depends on each concepts of deposits withdrawal flow is adjusted accordingly.

The Terragon platform offers players to withdraw:

* From 1 currency to the exact same currency. For example: from EUR to EUR, BTC to BTC, etc...
* From 1 currency to the other currencies with the latest currency exchange. For example: from EUR to BTC, USD to ETH, etc...

Withdrawal to the exact same currency for crypto:

Withdrawal to a different currency:

This is when players want to withdrawal their USD wallet and receive to their BTC wallet.

The conversion taken place on the site might vary depends on the time they request and the time Operators process the withdrawal. When Operators proceed the withdrawal, the system will handle the conversion either at the PSPs' end or at Terragon then payout to the player accordingly.

For both concepts of withdrawal, the system has a global rule which does not allow players to request if they have at 1 wagering requirement (can be either deposit wagering requirement, or bonus wagering requirement)

## My Rewards

This is to help players monitoring their status of bonuses, and redommended bonuses as well.

It mainly contains 2 sections:

* Active Bonuses: this is where displaying currently active bonuses, and it also gives players an overview of their play thru progress toward wagering requirements.
* Available Bonuses: this is a staking bonus section, listing out all players' eligible bonuses which haven't activated due to they already got one. As soon as their active bonus is completed (or canceled) they can activate at here.

## My Wallets

For operators decide on multiple wallets, this is where giving players an overview of their wallet details

Each wallet has 3 main sub-wallets:

* Main: this is players Cash balance, which they can withdraw if they don't have any wagering requirements.
* Locked: this is locked wallets when players claim a deposit wallet. More logic about Locked wallets pleas go to [Bonus Locking Engine](/documents/appendix/bonus-locking-engine.md)
* Bonus: this is where all bonuses go to
