The **KYC Requests** section is the second submodule under the **Players** module. This section allows you to manage and track player verification requests after they submit their KYC information. This has 2 main areas involved:

* **Backoffice**: where operators can collect KYC submission from players to verify and approve (or decline) accordingly. Operators can request players to re-submit the documents in case the submitted one does not have a good quality or any other reasons.
* **Front end**: where players are requested to verify their KYC upon deposit, withdraw or game play. It's up to operators to decide which stage (deposit, withdraw or game play) to require players submit their KYC requests.

**Additionally, the platform supports multiple KYC levels.** Operators can configure these levels directly from the Backoffice Settings. Each level represents a different degree of verification, and actions on the player’s side—such as deposits, withdrawals — can be restricted until the required KYC level has been successfully passed.

### **3.1 Backoffice**

#### **KYC Statuses**

Once a player submits their KYC documents, the request appears in the back office with one of the following **statuses**:

### **4.2 Create/Upgrade VIP & Maintenance Requirements**

Players can either **upgrade** their VIP status or **maintain** their current level. To manage this, we provide two separate configurations:

* **Upgrade Requirements** – Conditions that players must meet to advance to the next VIP tier.
* **Maintain Requirements** – The minimum criteria players must fulfill to keep their current VIP level.

Each requirement can be customized using a combination of **AND/OR** logic:

* "**AND**" – The player must complete all specified requirements to qualify.
* "**OR**" – The player needs to complete at least one of the listed conditions.

***Example Configuration***

*-You can define multiple requirements for each version. For example, to upgrade a player to the next VIP level, they may require:*

1. *The player to earn ≥10 points (Points are accumulated based on bets; e.g., every $10 bet earns 0.5 points).*
2. *The player to place bets totaling ≥$20.*
3. *The player’s total deposit amount to be ≥$30.*

At the top of the section, you can choose whether the player needs to complete all conditions (AND) or just one of them (OR) to meet the requirement.

In case all the conditions are empty, the system won't check any conditions and upgrade players to the respective level.

<figure><img src="/files/5juHbygZI1ccbdzEwcp5" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* **OR Logic** – The player must meet **at least one** of the conditions.

Example boost requirements could include:

* The player must have **placed bets totaling ≥$50**.

With a very dynamic usage of this component, it allows operators to also dynamically create as many tag categories and tags as they wish
