# Backoffice Dashboard

## Introduction

The **Dashboard module** serves as the **command center** of the Terragon backoffice platform. It offers a **comprehensive, real-time snapshot** of the operational and financial performance of the platform, enabling **managers, operators, and analysts** to make informed decisions quickly. This module aggregates critical metrics and visualizes them through **easy-to-understand KPI cards** and **dynamic leaderboard tables**.

Terragon is designed to support both **fiat and crypto-based platforms**, offering flexibility for operators to handle different wallet structures and payment preferences. On fiat platforms, each player holds one fiat currency wallet, and crypto deposits are auto-converted in real-time — either via **PSP-side** or **Terragon’s internal tool**, based on the operator’s choice.

For crypto platforms, players can have **multiple crypto wallets**, and all transactions — deposits, withdrawals, and even gameplay — can be handled natively in crypto. When needed, **on-the-fly conversion** between crypto and fiat is supported to ensure compatibility with game providers that may not accept certain cryptocurrencies.

Whether you’re operating a traditional or crypto-first project, the Dashboard gives you a unified, intuitive view to monitor, analyze, and act fast.

### Purpose and Utility

The Dashboard is designed to help users monitor live statistics and track the health of their gaming business. It allows administrators to:

* Evaluate platform performance through **daily snapshots**.
* Identify **top-performing games** and **players**.
* Detect anomalies or unusual trends in player behavior.
* Quickly assess **revenue, deposits**, and **withdrawals**.
* View currency-based summaries with a single click.

### Filters and User Controls

To enhance usability and customization, the Dashboard provides filtering tools:

* **Date Picker**: Select a specific day to load corresponding statistics.
* **Currency Selector**: View all monetary values in the chosen base currency (e.g., EUR, USD).
* **Global Search**: Search by player ID, username, email, or name to find specific data.

### Use Cases and Tips

* Use the dashboard to prepare daily or weekly **reports**.
* Monitor first-time deposits and GGR to gauge campaign effectiveness.
* Analyze **top winners** and **losers** to detect potential bonus abuse or VIP activity.
* Track balance flows and detect liquidity risks early.

### KPI Summary Cards

At the top of the dashboard, a series of performance indicators provide real-time metrics. These include:

* **New Player:** Number of newly registered users during the selected period.
* **First-Time Deposits:** Unique players who made their first deposit.
* **Turnover:** Total wagered amount across the platform.
* **Deposit:** Aggregate deposit value from all players.
* **Withdraw:** Total withdrawal amount by players.

* **Balance of All Players:** Combined wallet balances of all players

* Top Game Play: Shows most played games and their turnover by provider.
* Top Players: Ranks users based on turnover and activity.
* Top Depositors: Highlights players with the highest deposit amounts.
* Top Current Withdraws: Lists users with the highest withdrawal volume.
