# Games Module

## Game Management

The **Game Management** module is where all game-related data and configuration are handled. It allows admins to control how games are displayed, filtered, grouped, and monitored — both on the frontend and backend. Operators can use this section to keep the game catalog organized, up-to-date, and tailored to different player groups.

## **Scope**

This module is divided into several sub-sections:

* [**New Games**](#id-1.-new-games) – Used to manage newly synced games from providers that are not yet published.
* [**Game Names**](#id-2.-game-names) – Used to manage games that are already published
* [**Game Providers**](#id-3.-game-providers) – Shows the list of integrated providers. Allows enabling/disabling providers and configuring them.
* [**Game Provider Params**](#id-4.-game-provider-params) – Used to set or update specific technical parameters for each provider.
* [**Game Types**](#id-5.-game-types) – Classifies games into types (e.g., Slot, Live Casino, Table Game). Helps with filtering and sorting.

Each sub-module focuses on one part of the game setup and is designed to help operators maintain control, flexibility, and a great user experience.

## 1. New Games

The **New Games** section is used to manage newly synced games from providers that are not yet published. It’s a workspace for admins to review, edit, and prepare these new games before they go live on the platform. Here, you can adjust key details and ensure each game meets your brand’s standards before making them available to players.

**Top Filter Bar**

* **Product Type** – Filter games based on the product category (e.g. casino, slots, sport, etc.)
* **Game Provider** – Filter based on the provider name.
* **Game Type** – Filter based on the game’s genre or classification (e.g. video slot, table game, etc.)
* **Search/Reset** – Use these buttons to apply or clear filters.

**Game Name List**

This section shows all unapproved/newly added games in a list format, including:

* **Game ID** – Unique ID assigned to each game.
* **Game Thumb** – The game’s thumbnail/cover image.
* **Game Code** – The provider’s internal code for the game.
* **Game Name** – Display name of the game.
* **Game Slug** – SEO-friendly URL identifier.
* **Game Type** – Slot, live casino, table game, etc.
* **Game Provider** – Provider who owns the game.
* **Provider Reference Code** – Internal identifier from the provider.
* **Region** – Region availability (if set).
* **Status** – Always marked as “New Game” by default in this section.
* **Order** – Sorting priority in listings.
* **RTP** – Return to Player value (optional).
* **Hit Ratio** – Game’s hit ratio if provided.
* **Volatility** – Game’s volatility level.
* **Release At / Deprecation At** – Launch date or expiration date if scheduled.
* **Action** – Pencil icon for editing game details, checkbox for selection.

#### Top Right Buttons

* **Import or Update** – Upload multiple games in bulk via file import.
* **Export** – Export the entire list for offline editing or reference.
* **Publish Game** – Manually approve and push selected games live on the platform.

### 1.1 Edit/Update Game

Clicking the edit/update icon opens the **Edit Game** form, where you can modify the following:

* **Name** – Public-facing name of the game.
* **Slug** – URL-friendly version of the name.
* **Code** – Game’s system code (usually from the provider).
* **Game Type** – Dropdown to classify the game.
* **Order** – Sort priority.
* **RTP** – Return to Player value (optional).
* **Hit Ratio** – Number of wins over total spins (if known).
* **Volatility** – Game’s variance level (Low, Medium, High).

Once edited, hit **Submit** to save changes or **Cancel** to discard.

## 2. Game Names

The **Game Names** section allows admins to manage games that are already published on the platform. It offers full control over each game’s information, including provider details, game type, order, RTP, and more. Admins can update metadata and ensure games are accurately presented to players.

#### Top Filter Panel

You can filter the list using various dropdowns:

* **Product Type** – Filter games by product category (e.g., Slots, Live Casino).
* **Game Provider** – Filter by specific providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Endorphina).
* **Game Type** – Filter by game types (e.g., Video Slots, Table Games).
* **Status** – Active, Inactive, or other status options.
* **Has Trial** – Shows whether trial/demo mode is available.
* **Display on Front End** – Filter by display setting.
* **Game Sorting Category** – Filter games by assigned sorting category.
* **Missing RTP** – Tick this to find games with no RTP value.

Click Seatch to apply filters.

#### Game Name List

This is the main table that shows all listed games with key attributes:

* **Game ID** – Unique identifier for each game.
* **Game Code** – System code used internally.
* **Game Name** – Official game title.
* **Game Slug** – URL-friendly version of the name.
* **Game Type** – e.g., Video Slots, Table Games, etc.
* **Game Provider** – Provider who supplies the game.
* **Provider Reference Code** – Code provided by the game provider.
* **Region** – Game launch region (optional).
* **Status** – Active, Inactive, or New Game.
* **Order** – Display priority number.
* **RTP** – Return To Player rate (in %).
* **Hit Ratio** – Frequency of wins.
* **Volatility** – Risk level of the game.
* **Release At / Deprecation At** – Optional release or sunset dates.
* **Action** – Use the edit/update or archive buttons.

#### Bulk Actions and Tools

At the top-right of the table:

* **Bulk Archive Games** – Select multiple games and archive them at once.
* **Import or Update** – Use a CSV to add or modify games in bulk.
* **Export** – Download the current list as a file.
* **+ Add Game** – Open the new game creation form.

### 2.1 Add Game

When you click **+ Add Game** or edit an existing one, you’ll see a 3-tab form: Main, **Restriction** and **Ordering**.

#### 2.1.1 Tab 1: Main

Here you fill out the main game details:

* **Name** – Game name to be shown to players.
* **Slug** – Auto-generated URL-friendly version.
* **Code** – Internal game code.
* **Game Provider** – Select the provider from dropdown.
* **Provider Reference Code** – Code given by the provider.
* **Game Type** – Choose category like Slots, Bingo, etc.
* **Order** – Number that defines display priority.
* **RTP** – Return to Player percentage (optional).
* **Hit Ratio** – Win frequency rate (optional).
* **Volatility** – Game risk level (optional).
* **Region** – Optional regional label.

Other options:

* **Supported Fiat Currencies** – Tick currencies supported by this game.
* **Has Trial** – Toggle if trial/demo version is available.
* **Status** – Set as Active or Inactive.
* **Display on Front End** – Show game to users or keep it hidden.
* **Auto Detect Low Risk Bet** – Toggle to enable internal risk detection logic.

#### 2.1.2 Tab 2: Restriction

Here you can restrict the game by country:

* **Select Restricted Countries** – Choose countries where this game will not be available.

#### 2.1.3 Tab 3: Ordering

This allows you to define how the game appears under different game categories:

* **Category Code** – Name of each category.
* **Order** – Set the display priority for each category.

## 3. Game Providers

The **Game Providers** section allows admins to manage all integrated game suppliers, whether directly connected or through an aggregator. From here, you can view the provider list, add new providers, update existing ones, and synchronize games.

#### Game Provider List

This page displays all existing game providers in a searchable and sortable table format. The following fields are included:

* **ID** – Unique ID of the game provider.
* **Name** – Name of the game provider as displayed on the platform.
* **Code** – Internal system code used for identifying the provider.
* **Aggregator** – The parent aggregator, if the provider is not directly integrated.
* **Wallet Type** – Type of wallet used by the provider.
* **Status** – Current status of the provider (Active/inactive).
* **Supported Currencies** – List of fiat currencies supported by this provider.
* **Product Types** – Types of games supported (e.g., Slots, Live Casino).
* **Action** – Icons for quick actions:
  * Update Provider
  * Sync Provider Games
  * Sync Provider New Games

You can also **Add New Providers** by clicking the “+ Add Game Provider” button.

### 3.1 Add Game Provider

When adding or editing a game provider, you will see three tabs: **Main**, **Advance**, and **Maintenance**.

#### Main Tab

Used to set basic details and integration settings.

* **Name** – Enter the display name of the provider.
* **Code** – Enter the internal code.
* **Aggregator** – (Optional) Choose an aggregator if applicable.
* **Handle Class** – Choose the handler class for communication logic.
* **Wallet Type** – Select between Seamless or Fund Transfer.
* **Supported Fiat Currencies** – Tick the fiat currencies supported (e.g., USD, EUR, AUD).
* **Product Types** – Choose the game types provided (Slots, Live Casino, Sports).
* **Active** – Toggle to activate or deactivate the provider.
* **Parameters** – (Optional) JSON configuration for integration setup.

Click **Submit** to save.

#### Advance Tab

This tab includes optional technical settings used for advanced provider configurations.

* **Behavior** – (Optional) JSON field to define provider behavior.
* **Private Key** – (Optional) Private key for secure API connection.
* **Public Key** – (Optional) Public key for secure communication.
* **Visibility Level** – Choose visibility scope (e.g., All, Admin-only).

#### Maintenance Tab

Used to manage the provider’s maintenance schedule.

* **Maintenance** – Toggle to enable/disable maintenance.
* **Select Maintenance Date Range** – Set the period during which games from this provider will be offline.

This function helps inform users when certain providers are temporarily unavailable.

## **4. Game Provider Params**

This section allows configuration of specific parameters for different game providers depending on player location. It helps manage routing logic (e.g., between Asia and Rest of the World traffic) by associating different Reference IDs and parameters to provider-country combinations.

**Game Provider Param List**

* **ID**: Unique ID of the game provider param entry.
* **Name**: Name of the parameter set.
* **Game Provider Name**: Name of the corresponding game provider.
* **Reference ID**: Custom reference ID used by the provider for regional targeting.
* **Currencies**: Fiat currencies supported under this param (optional).
* **Countries**: Selected countries where this parameter will apply.
* **Action**:
  * Edit: Update existing param entry.
  * Delete: Remove param entry.

**Filters (Top Search Panel)**

* **Game Provider**: Filter param list by selected game provider.
* **Countries**: Filter by assigned country or region.
* **Search**: Search by keyword across listed fields.
* **Reset**: Clear all filters and return to default view.

### 4.1 Add / Update Game Provider Param

This section allows you to create or modify a parameter rule that links a game provider with specific reference IDs, countries, and optional currencies.

* **Name**: Define the name of the param group.
* **Game Provider**: Select the game provider this param belongs to.
* **Reference ID**: Enter the custom reference string used by the provider.
* **Parameters**: JSON-based config used by the backend for handling logic (optional).
* **Select Currencies**: Choose applicable fiat currencies.
* **Select Countries**: Select the countries where this param will be applied.
* **Submit**: Save the param settings.

*Note: Update game provider param flow is identical to the Add flow, using the same fields and logic.*

## **5. Game Types**

This section is used to manage different categories of games available on the platform. Game types help organize and classify games for backend administration and frontend display purposes. Admins can add, update, or deactivate game types depending on platform requirements. Each type includes an internal code, visibility status, and CMS display settings.

The module contains two main components: the **Game Type List** and the **Add/Update Game Type** form, which includes tabs for **Main** and **CMS Properties**.

#### Game Type List

* **Game Type ID** – Unique identifier of the game type in the system.
* **Game Type Name** – The name of the game type (e.g., Scratchcards, Bingo, Shooting).
* **Game Type Code** – A lowercase, dash-separated code used to represent the game type internally.
* **Status** – Indicates whether the game type is currently active and available for use.
* **Created At** – The timestamp showing when the game type entry was first created.
* **Updated At** – The timestamp showing the most recent update to this game type entry.
* **Action** – Click the pencil icon to open the update form for the selected game type.

### 5.1  Add / Update Game Type

When clicking “Add Game Type” or editing an existing one, the user will access a form with two tabs: **Main** and **CMS Properties**.

**Main Tab**

* **Name** – Enter the full name of the game type to be displayed in the system.
* **Code** – Enter the unique code for the game type. This code should follow naming conventions (lowercase, dash-separated if needed).
* **Product Type** – Select the related product category this game type belongs to (e.g., Slots, Live Casino, Sports).
* **Active** – Toggle this on to enable the game type. When disabled, the game type will not appear in frontend listings or be available for selection.
* **Display on Front End** – Optional toggle to determine whether this game type will be shown on the frontend interface (e.g., in menus or filters).
* **Submit** – Click this button to save the game type information.

**CMS Properties Tab**

**CMS Params** – JSON-based configuration field used to define frontend behavior or CMS-specific metadata for this game type. This is used for customizing how the game type is displayed in the frontend or managed through the CMS.

## **6. Game Sorting Categories**

This module allows admin users to manage the various **sorting categories** under which games can be grouped. Sorting categories are used for frontend display purposes (e.g., “New Releases”, “Slots Sorting”, “Table Games Sorting”) to help players browse and filter games more efficiently based on their preferences.

Sorting categories are especially useful for customizing user experiences, prioritizing featured content, or promoting certain providers or game types. Admins can create, update, activate/deactivate categories as needed.

#### Game Sorting Category List

This is the main screen where all existing sorting categories are listed. Admin users can search, review, and edit each category from this screen.

**ID** – Unique identifier of the game sorting category.\
**Game Sorting Category Name** – The display name of the sorting category (e.g., New Releases, Slots Sorting).\
**Game Sorting Category Code** – The internal code used for this category, often referenced in backend or APIs.\
**Status** – Indicates whether the category is currently Active or Inactive.\
**Created At** – The date and time when the category was originally created.\
**Updated At** – The date and time when the category was last modified.\
**Action** – Icon to update the category entry.

### 6.1 Add Game Sorting Category

Clicking the **Add Game Sorting Category** button opens a form with the following fields:

**Name** – Enter the display name of the sorting category. This is what users will see on the frontend.\
**Code** – Enter the internal code for the category. It should follow a consistent naming convention.\
**Active** – Toggle to activate or deactivate the category. Inactive categories will not appear on the frontend.\
**Submit** – Click to save the new sorting category.\
**Cancel** – Click to discard changes and go back to the previous screen.

## **7. Game Histories**

The **Game Histories** module allows operators to track and analyze the betting history of players. It displays comprehensive data for each betting round, including game provider, game name, bet amount, payout, GGR, and timestamps. Operators can filter, view, and export transaction records based on multiple criteria like player, date, provider, or product type. This module helps in performance monitoring, player behavior analysis, and operational auditing.

#### Game History Filters

* **Transaction Period** – Filter bets based on the time the player placed them.
* **Settled Time Period** – Filter bets by the time the round was completed.
* **Player Username** – Filter records by the player's username.
* **Select Product Type** – Choose the product type (e.g., Slots, Table Games) to filter game history.
* **Select Game Provider** – Filter records by game provider.
* **Select Game Type** – Filter records by game type (e.g., Video Slots, Casual Games).
* **Round ID** – Filter history using a specific round ID.
* **Game Log ID** – Search based on the internal log ID of the game round.
* **Settled** – Choose status to view either “Settled” or “Pending” records.
* **Search** – Click to apply the selected filter criteria.
* **Reset** – Clear all filters and restore default view.

#### Game History List

* **ID** – Unique ID of the transaction record.
* **Round ID** – Identifier of the specific betting round.
* **Product Type** – Type of the product where the game was played (e.g., Slots, Live).
* **Game Provider** – Name of the game provider.
* **Game Type** – Type of the game played.
* **Game Name** – Name of the specific game played.
* **Username** – Player’s in-game username.
* **Bet Amount** – Amount of money wagered.
* **Payout** – Winnings returned to the player.
* **GGR** – Gross Gaming Revenue calculated from the round.
* **Jackpot** – Amount won from a jackpot, if any.
* **Bet Time** – Timestamp of when the bet was placed.
* **Settled Time** – Timestamp of when the round was completed.
* **Low Risk Bet** – Indicates if the round was flagged as a low-risk bet.
* **Bet Type** – Shows the bet type (e.g., Normal, Bonus).
* **Action (View)** – Opens a popup to display more details about the selected round.
* **Export** – You can export the entire game history list in file format (CSV/Excel) for external analysis or reporting.

#### Bet Detail Popup

By clicking the **view icon** in the Action column, a popup window will open showing:

* **Bet Amount** – Amount the player wagered.
* **Payout Amount** – Total payout for that round.
* **Bet Time** – Time when the player placed the bet.
* **Settle Time** – Time when the bet was finalized.

#### Total Summary

By clicking the **Total Summary** button, a summary window opens showing:

* **Currency** – Lists each currency used (e.g., USD, JPY, EUR).
* **Bet Amount** – Total sum of bets placed per currency.
* **Payout** – Total amount paid out to players per currency.
* **GGR** – Total Gross Gaming Revenue per currency.

## **8. Pending Bets**

The **Pending Bets** module displays a list of bets that have been placed by players but have not yet been settled. This feature allows operators to monitor unresolved game rounds and track potential payout liabilities in real time. While the list may be empty if no pending rounds exist, the module is essential for operational awareness and risk management.

#### Filters

* **Transaction Period** – Required field. Set a time range to retrieve pending bets within a specific period.
* **Player Username** – Filter pending bets by the player’s username.
* **Round ID** – Search by specific round ID to locate a particular pending record.
* **Game Type** – Filter by type of game (e.g., Slots, Table Games).
* **Product Type** – Filter by product category (e.g., Casino, Live Casino).
* **Game Provider** – Filter pending bets by game provider.

**Search** – Click to apply filters and display pending bets.\
**Reset** – Clear all selected filters and return to default.

#### Pending Bet List

* **ID** – Unique transaction ID of the pending bet.
* **Username** – Username of the player who placed the bet.
* **Round ID** – Identifier of the round that is currently unresolved.
* **Product Type** – Product type associated with the bet.
* **Game Provider** – Name of the game provider.
* **Game Type** – Type of game played.
* **Game Name** – Name of the game.
* **Bet Amount** – Amount wagered by the player.
* **Payout** – Expected payout (usually pending or undefined at this stage).
* **Bet Time** – Timestamp when the bet was placed.

## **9. Game Segment**

Game Segment is a feature that allows operators to organize games into distinct segments based on specific operational criteria such as bonuses, tournaments, or cashback calculations. These segments help target groups of games for different campaign types, improving customization and efficiency.

**Game Segment List**

This page displays all existing game segments and allows operators to manage them through actions like cloning, editing, setting default, or deleting.

* **ID** – Unique identifier of the game segment.
* **Name** – Name of the segment created by the operator.
* **Label** – Purpose or type of the segment. Can be:
* **Created At** – Date and time when the segment was created.
* **Updated At** – Date and time of the last update made to the segment.
* **Created By** – Username of the person who created the segment.
* **Updated By** – Username of the person who last updated the segment.
* **Action** – Available actions:
  * **Clone** – Create a copy of the selected segment.
  * **Default** – Set the segment as the default one for a label.
  * **Update** – Open the edit screen to update segment settings.
  * **Delete** – Remove the segment permanently.

### **9.1 Add / Edit Game Segment**

Clicking “Add New Game Segment” or editing an existing one will bring up the configuration form for the segment.

**General Information:**

* **Name** – Input the custom name for your segment.
* **Label** – Select the type of segment from predefined options.

**Automatically Add New Games:**

* **Game Providers** – Choose providers whose new games should be automatically added to the segment. Leave empty to include all.
* **Types** – Toggle product types that will be included:
  * Slots
  * Live Casino
  * Sports

**Select Games**

By clicking the **Select Games** button, operators can manually assign games to the segment from a filtered list.

* **Product Type** – Dropdown to filter games by Slots, Live Casino, or Sports.
* **Game Type** – Filter games by type, such as Poker, Soccer, Slot, etc.
* **Game Provider** – Filter games by provider.
* **Search** – Keyword search to quickly locate a game.
* **Select All** – Option to select multiple games in bulk.
* **Confirm** – Apply selected games to the segment.

Once games are selected and confirmed, the operator returns to the main form and clicks **Submit** to save the segment.

## 10. Game Tags

The Game Tags section allows administrators to create and manage tag labels that can be applied to games for categorization or operational logic (e.g., rule matching or promotional groupings). Tags help segment games by logic or marketing use cases and are fully manageable from the backoffice.

**General Features**

* You can **add a new tag** using the **“Add New Game Tag”** button.
* Each tag includes a **name**, a **code**, and **status** (Active/Inactive).
* Optionally, tags can be configured with **Rule-Based Matching** logic.
* Admins can use the **Arrange**, **Update**, or **Delete** actions for each tag in the list.

#### Main List Fields

* **ID** – Unique identifier of the tag.
* **Name** – Display name of the tag.
* **Code** – System identifier for referencing the tag programmatically.
* **Status** – Indicates whether the tag is currently active or inactive.
* **Created At** – Timestamp of when the tag was originally created.
* **Updated At** – Timestamp of the most recent update made to the tag.
* **Created By** – The user who created the tag.
* **Updated By** – The user who last updated the tag.
* **Action** – Available options:
  * **Arrange** – Used to configure or reorder games using the tag.
  * **Update** – Edit the tag’s name, code, status, or logic.
  * **Delete** – Permanently remove the tag.

### 10.1 Create New Game Tag

Accessible via the “Add New Game Tag” button, this section allows administrators to manually create tags using the following fields:

* **Tag Name** – (Required) The human-readable name of the tag.
* **Code** – (Required) A unique system identifier used internally or via API.
* **Status** – Toggle to activate or deactivate the tag.
