# 2. SMS Templates

The **SMS Templates** section allows operators to manage automated SMS messages sent to players based on specific actions. This is especially useful for delivering quick, action-based notifications, such as withdrawals or sign-ups. The setup is very similar to the Email Templates module but optimized for SMS delivery channels. Once you select the **SMS Templates** section, you will see two sub-options:

* **SMS Template List**
* **Create SMS Template**

#### SMS Template List

This section shows a full list of all SMS templates that are currently configured in the system. Each template is linked to a specific player action — for example, **Initiate Withdraw**, **Forgot Password**, or **Approve Deposit**.

Operators can:

* Filter templates using the **Action** dropdown menu.
* Use the search bar to quickly locate templates by keyword.
* Edit/update or delete templates via the **Actions** column.
* Click the **Add New SMS Template** button to create a new one.

**Fields included in the list:**

* **ID**: Unique identifier of the SMS template.
* **Action**: Player-related event that triggers the SMS (e.g., Initiate Deposit, OTP Request).
* **Payment Option**: If applicable, defines the payment method related to the message.
* **Status**: Indicates whether the template is Active or Inactive.
* **Created At / Updated At**: Time of creation and last update.
* **Created By / Updated By**: Usernames of the operator who created or last edited the template.
* **Actions**: Includes edit and delete icons to manage each template.
