# 1. Email Templates

The **Email Templates** section allows operators to manage automated email notifications triggered by specific player actions, such as deposits, withdrawals, sign-ups, KYC approvals, and more. These templates help ensure consistent, timely, and personalized communication with users.

Once you select the **Email Templates** module under **Communication**, you’ll see two sub-options:

* **Email Template List**
* **Create Email Template**

**Email Template List**

This screen displays all the email templates that have been created. Each template is tied to a specific player action and is used to send notification emails through an integrated provider (like SendGrid).

At the top of the page, you can use the **Search** function to filter templates by **Action** — for example:\
Approve Deposit, Forgot Password, KYC Approve, or Email Verification.

Each row in the list provides key details such as:

* **Action**: The trigger event for the email (e.g., "Initiate Withdraw")
* **Payment Option**: If relevant, the associated payment option (e.g., SafeCharge - EUR)
* **Provider**: The email service used (e.g., SendGrid)
* **Status**: Whether the template is active
* **Created/Updated At**: Timestamps for when it was created and last modified
* **Created/Updated By**: The user who performed the actions

**Actions available per template**:

* **Update** – Edit the selected template
* **Delete** – Remove the template

To add a new template, click **Add New Email Template** in the top right corner — this will lead you to the same screen as the **Create Email Template** section.
