# Communication Module

## Introduction

The **Communication** module is designed to help operators manage all player-facing messages in a centralized and structured way. It allows for the creation, customization, and control of communication templates across different channels — including **email**, **SMS**, and **in-platform messaging**.

With this module, operators can maintain consistent branding and tone, automate communications tied to player actions or promotions, and launch manual campaigns to target specific user segments.

The module is divided into three key submodules:

[**Email Templates**](#id-1.-email-templates): Create and manage dynamic email templates for automated or manual use.

[**SMS Templates**](#id-2.-sms-templates): Set up short, impactful SMS messages to engage players directly on their phones.

[**Messaging**](#id-3.-messaging): Launch broadcast messages through the platform to notify users in real time.

Each tool within this module supports personalization, localization, and segmentation — helping operators deliver relevant and timely messages that boost engagement and retention.

## 1. Email Templates

The **Email Templates** section allows operators to manage automated email notifications triggered by specific player actions, such as deposits, withdrawals, sign-ups, KYC approvals, and more. These templates help ensure consistent, timely, and personalized communication with users.

Once you select the **Email Templates** module under **Communication**, you’ll see two sub-options:

* **Email Template List**
* **Create Email Template**

**Email Template List**

This screen displays all the email templates that have been created. Each template is tied to a specific player action and is used to send notification emails through an integrated provider (like SendGrid).

At the top of the page, you can use the **Search** function to filter templates by **Action** — for example:\
Approve Deposit, Forgot Password, KYC Approve, or Email Verification.

Each row in the list provides key details such as:

* **Action**: The trigger event for the email (e.g., "Initiate Withdraw")
* **Payment Option**: If relevant, the associated payment option (e.g., SafeCharge - EUR)
* **Provider**: The email service used (e.g., SendGrid)
* **Status**: Whether the template is active
* **Created/Updated At**: Timestamps for when it was created and last modified
* **Created/Updated By**: The user who performed the actions

**Actions available per template**:

* **Update** – Edit the selected template
* **Delete** – Remove the template

To add a new template, click **Add New Email Template** in the top right corner — this will lead you to the same screen as the **Create Email Template** section.

* **Email Service Provider**: Choose from integrated options (e.g., MailJet, SendGrid, Customer.io )
* **Payment Option**: (Visible only when relevant) – Select if the action involves a deposit
* **Withdraw Bank**: (Visible only when relevant) – Select if the action involves a withdrawal
* **Email Template ID**: Choose the content for different languages (e.g., English, Japanese, Korean)
* **Active**: Toggle ON to activate the template

## 2. SMS Templates

The **SMS Templates** section allows operators to manage automated SMS messages sent to players based on specific actions. This is especially useful for delivering quick, action-based notifications, such as withdrawals or sign-ups. The setup is very similar to the Email Templates module but optimized for SMS delivery channels. Once you select the **SMS Templates** section, you will see two sub-options:

* **SMS Template List**
* **Create SMS Template**

#### SMS Template List

## **3. Messaging**

### **3.1 Broadcast (Campaign Messages)**

This is a powerful communication tool designed to schedule and deliver messages at the right time, using customized content and multiple languages.

Once you access the **Messaging** module, you will see the **Broadcast** tab. Inside it, there are two key parts:

* **Campaign Message List**
* **Create Campaign Message**
