# Loyalty Program

Loyalty program is designed to centralize all players' actions (deposits, wagers) into points so that it can be used for players to upgrade their levels, or use the points to claim bonuses.

This is where operators configure conversions into points by players' activities. The platform supports

* Configuring for different product type (Slots, Live Casino, Sports).
* Overriding conversion for each game type
* Configuring for different players levels

Expiry setting, when configure the system will automatically set players' point expired if players don't have any transaction in a certain number of days.

Configure excluded games, meaning all games in the exclude list won't be used to calculate towards points.
